Purpose | The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize Arts and Architecture undergraduate students approaching their final year of study who have maintained a high level of academic achievement (3.0 cumulative GPA or better) while exhibiting outstanding leadership or service in at least one of the following areas:
- Participation in extracurricular activities, such as clubs or student government
- Maintaining an employment schedule (work-study or off-campus)
- Community service, or service to the academic department, school, or college
Financial Support | The financial support for this award comes from members and friends of the Arts and Architecture Alumni Society.
Eligibility | This award will be presented only to undergraduate students who are approaching their final year of study in 2019-2020. Eligible students must have graduation dates of fall 2019, spring 2020, or summer 2020.
Nature of the Award | The recipients shall receive a $1000 tuition remission, half credited in fall 2019; half credited in spring 2020 (fall '19 graduates will receive the full amount in the fall semester. Up to seven awards will be made across the College of Arts and Architecture.
Completed applications are due by March 14, 2019.
