Katherine M. Bentz, 2003 Ph.D. Art History

Kate is associate professor of art history head of the department of fine arts at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. She specializes in the painting, sculpture, and architecture of early modern Europe (15-17th centuries), and especially in Italian art and architecture. She has taught at Saint Anselm since 2006, and prior to that held teaching positions at Columbia University (2004-2006), and Emory University (2003-2004). Kate earned her B.A. at Gustavus Adolphus College, and her Master of Arts from George Washington University.
