Kelema Lee Moses, Ph.D. candidate in art history, has received a 2015–2016 Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship at Occidental College, Los Angeles, California. The fellowship will support her research on the architectural history of Hawaii, American Samoa, and Guam. Moses will be completing her Ph.D. from Penn State this summer. Her dissertation is on “Between Hegemony and Imperialism in Honolulu: Architecture, Urbanism, and the Visualities of a U.S. City in the Pacific (1900–1970)” (Advisor: Dr. Craig Zabel). Moses is currently an instructor of art history at Occidental College. She previously taught at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
