Ann Tarantino’s site-specific installation, Full Bloom, is on view now at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and will be up through September. It was commissioned by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in commemoration of the 2014 centennial of its Children's Garden. The piece is composed of drawings, based on the plantings in the original garden, that were cut into transparent vinyl and installed on four large indoor/outdoor skylights. Tarantino is assistant professor of art and landscape architecture. For photos, click here.
