Three architecture alumni named AIA fellows

Each year, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) elevates esteemed members to the organization's "college of fellows" and this year's class includes three Architecture alumni. Andrew Cupples ('75 B.Arch.), Lloyd Sigal ('87 B.S., '88 B.Arch.) and Eric Goshow ('68 B.Arch.) were elected to fellowship, which is one of the highest honors bestowed by the AIA. The three men were chosen as fellows from almost 300 nominees nationwide. The distinction has been awarded to only 3 percent of the more than 90,000 AIA members. The three will receive their fellowship medal at the Investiture of Fellows Ceremony, held in Saint Patrick's Cathedral, as part of the AIA Conference on Architecture in New York on June 22.
