Each year Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a variety of options for students' mental health and wellbeing, including group therapy and Life Hacks.
- Students interested in attending Life Hacks can simply stop by, as these are free drop-in programs with no sign-up required.
- If a student would like to engage in group therapy, students will need to call CAPS and schedule a 20 minute phone call to review their needs and concerns. Groups are great because they offer a free, long-term therapy option with no limit, and the variety of groups we offer channel a multitude of needs and concerns.
- The only exceptions to this are drop-in groups: students can attend these groups at any time during the semester without registration- no prior CAPS contact is required.
